→ Chair Clean → Chair Packing   →Loading for the customer 
 

G.Good Packing for the office Chairs : All the chairs with knock down packing ,before packing  ,our QC will assemble the chair to check the quality
and confirm ok will been packed ,  the chair with the pear cotton protection  and  packed  with instruction manuel in in the good  quality carton boxes ,carton boxes outside will strong packing  belts to avoid  the damage during long  time transporation and several time loading and un-loading . 

H.Logistics Process:
You can have your own shipping agent to arrange shipment for you or we can help you to arrange the shipment. Our transport workers are professional.
They will keep the goods smooth and steady.And we will also double check the quantity again to avoid some missing parts.

Q5:T/T or L/C at sight. 30% Deposit for start the production ,the balance before the shipment when goods are ready . 

Q6.What is the packing details?
A6:Knock down Packing with the carton boxes ,and inside with the pear cotton for protection. Glass parts are packed
with wooden frame outsides to protect the items.

Q7. What support you will have to assemble this furniture?
A7: Inside each packing of the office furniture products ,we have put the exactly instruction book ,you can assemble the office furniture very easy .

Q8.What kind of documents we will provide to you?
A8:B/L,Commercial Invoice, Packing List,Certificate of Original. with these documents you or your borker can do the customs declaration at your side.

Q9. During shipping, if there is a damage to products, how do you get replacement?
A9: During shipping,our shipping angancy will try to ensure the safety of the goods.If there is a damage to products, they would be responsible for the damage .
If it is not a very serious problems,we will help you and compensate you the damaged parts.

Q10. If there are any missing parts in our shipment, how long it takes for you to send?
A10: If there is some small missing components,we will DHL  to you ASAP within one week.
