As a participant in the prestigious 2014 Venice Architecture Biennale , Edmund Ng showcased his iconic project, One Rosyth , which features hologram-like panels that seem to hint at the future. This project not only highlights his innovative approach but also his ability to create structures that tell stories. In addition to this, Edmund has received numerous accolades, including being named among the 50 Most Influential in Singapore Design in 2015, winning the Best Modern Minimalist Design for Best Local Homes award by Singapore Tatler Homes , and receiving the Tatler’s Best Architectural Design award for A Celebration of Design in 2016.
After completing his studies in Architecture, Edmund Ng spent years working in the Architecture industry before founding his own practice. Among his many projects, Montigo Resorts stands out for its clean design sensibilities that blend restraint with ebullience . In 2017, Edmund further expressed his passion for art by designing the exhibition space for ‘Ghost Nets of the Ocean’ at the Asian Civilisations Museum .
Over the years, Edmund Ng has completed projects across Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, China and numerous condominiums in India , along with notable interior projects in Bhutan . Interestingly, he's also an accomplished cook, adding another layer of creativity to his life.
