The air spray quality is better, but the paint wave is larger and the film formation is thinner; the airless spray efficiency is higher, the paint waste is lower, and the film formation is thicker, but the effect is slightly worse. So which way can you retain the advantages of the two spray methods and avoid the shortcomings? AA spraying is also produced on this basis. AA spraying is to apply a certain pressure to the coating (pressure is lower than airless spraying), so that the coating itself can be atomized, and at the same time, a small air pressure (generally not higher than 2 kg) is added to adjust the complete atomization. The process is actually a process of secondary atomization.
