One machine can hold up to four sets of labeling systems

The Krones modular labeler can be equipped with multiple sets of the same or different labeling systems, and up to four labeling systems. Each independent labeling station is affixed to the chassis of the labeling machine and is simply replaced as needed. They are all equipped with independent drive motors, each of which is coupled to the main motor. The variable speed rotation of the bottle is accomplished by a servo motor unit. At the front of the labeling machine, the incoming and outgoing starwheels are available, and they can be disassembled from the large 960-mm bottle turntable.

This labeler can be easily converted to different bottles and labels of different sizes. If it is necessary to replace a set of labeling stations, first loosen the fixed locks, and then fix the pulleys under the mounting station and send them to the storage location for maintenance and testing. Similarly, the new rebranding station and the station's pulleys are pushed onto the plane and fixed.

Cold sticker labeling station for precut labels

Krones cold labeling station is suitable for pre-cut labels, it is equipped with a frequency conversion control motor. The shell of the labeling station is a stainless steel structure, and the head cover is equipped with a clever locking mechanism. The labeling control device of the target turntable uses a special sealing ring to prevent the influence of external water spray, cleaning agent or spatter.

Canmatic hot glue labeling station

Krones can be used for pre-cut ring labels. This standard station is equipped with two independent hot-melt devices, each independent action, and the thermostat glue temperature.

The first thermosol device coats the bottles with adhesive strips in the vertical direction. The adhesive strip next to the bottle leads the tag out of the tag to a tag as the bottle rotates. At the same time, the second hot melt device was coated with viscose at the end of the label. After the label has been rotated with the bottle for one full week, the lap joints stick together. Both hot melt devices and label cassettes can be rotated on the bottle table, and the required position of bottles of different diameters can be adjusted by the scales on the scales. The label cassette can hold up to 9000 sheets, and the labeling height can be precisely set by a quick adjustment mechanism.

Contiroll Labeling Station

The Contiroll labeling station accurately cuts the label of the roll ring and places it on top of the bottle. The standard station is driven by a variable-frequency control motor. Its structural components include a label feed control and cutting device, a glue application station, and a vacuum-type cylinder label transfer drum that transfers the label to the bottle body.

The conveyor roller continuously pulls the label strip from the roll. Here the transmission speed matches the length of the label, and the parallel mounted trajectory tracking controller ensures that the label strip remains in a straight line. Rotary knife with separate electric heating cut labels. A computer-controlled servomotor ensures the correct cutting position of the label.

Each end of the label has a narrow edge of hot glue. After aligning the two narrow sides, heat the roller to attach the label. The label is transferred to the bottle by adhesive tape at the top. This tape also ensures precise positioning and avoids misalignment of the label. As the bottle rotates while the label is being transferred, the label is straightened.

The adhesive surface at the end of the label also ensures reliable adhesion. When the bottle diameter changes, the labeling station adjusts its position on the horizontal slide. If the paste height changes, the labeling station motor adjusts the height. Due to the use of digital counters, the repeatability of various settings when changing products is high.

Stickers APS2 labeling station

The self-adhesive APS2 labeling station is dedicated to the precise labeling of adhesive labels. It is equipped with a low-wear servo motor to match the labeling station with the labeling speed. The bottom station tapes and labels are fed to the bottle via an infeed and pull roller assembly. Two separate motor-driven label unwinding and winding mechanisms for the backing tape, buffer systems at the entrance and exit continuously rewind the label roll.

The label is peeled off at its broken edge and then it is accurately displaced onto the bottle. In order to adjust the position of the label and when changing different labels, the entire labeling station together with the label roll can be moved through four or six axes. Because each shaft has a reference scale, the repeatability after adjustment is high. The two label reels inside the station are mounted horizontally, so there is no need to consider the replacement of the bottom tape.

An additional device can be used to automatically switch the labelling tape from reel 1 to reel 2 . The reel carriage can be moved up to a vertical position and it is very convenient to replace the reel.
