HAUTLENCE Vida Loca Choppers
March 2016 - HAUTLENCE announces a new collaboration with Vida Loca Choppers, a renowned Swiss motorcycle company. The two companies together designed a limited edition of 28 new watch: HAUTLENCE Vida Loca Choppers.
This watch features a 42 x 49 x 14mm titanium case and a water resistance of 50 meters to prevent accidental falls into the pool. The watch uses the Dubois Dépraz self-winding mechanical chronograph movement and the Soprod A10 base with 28,800 vibrations per hour and 42 hours of power reserve. Most importantly, this watch comes with the unique logo of the Vida Loca Choppers: a skeleton with a crown. The logo is hand-carved on the black surface of the classic classic honeycomb dial.
The idea was determined after meeting with our master watchmaker and motorcycle enthusiast Joachim Besomi, owner of Sébastien Mottier - Vida Loca Choppers and Manu Vionnet, founder and watch lover of Vida Loca Choppers. HAUTLENCE team immediately fell in love with this shocking project. Occasionally, Sébastien shared with Manu some of the brand's core values ​​and agreed that there was a need to break the routine and innovate in advanced machinery and design.
Vida Loca Choppers plans to organize an event in Bex to introduce the watch to motorcyclists in Switzerland. For watchmakers, bloggers and journalists, this will be a great opportunity to enjoy the customized design of Vida Loca Choppers at close quarters.
