WeWork has once again made a bold statement, this time in the heart of Paris. Drawing inspiration from the bohemian lifestyle of the 1920s, the brand transformed its first Parisian location into a stunning tribute to the *Années Folles* — the "Crazy Years." This unique space, named *WeWork La Fayette*, is a celebration of Art Deco design and the creative energy that defined an era.
Collaborating with Axel Schoenert Architects, WeWork created a co-working environment that blends historical charm with modern functionality. The result is a space that captures the essence of 1920s Paris — vibrant, artistic, and full of life. From the grand atrium with its 22-foot ceilings to the rich color palettes and intricate details, every element tells a story of elegance and creativity.
The interior features brushed brass, walnut wood, and original marble and granite finishes, preserving the architectural heritage of the 1930s while adding a contemporary twist. The main pantry area showcases a striking green-to-white tile palette, complemented by brass fixtures and shelving. On the other side, horseshoe banquettes in chestnut brown leather add a touch of luxury and comfort.
Semi-private work areas are adorned with geometric patterns, brass accents, and wooden details. Velvet booths in rose and emerald green, along with raspberry leather seating, create a cozy and inviting atmosphere for collaboration and creativity.
This space isn't just about aesthetics — it's designed to inspire productivity and connection. With over 150 locations across 15 countries, WeWork continues to redefine the way people work, collaborate, and connect.
If you're looking for a workspace that combines history, design, and innovation, *WeWork La Fayette* is a must-visit. Whether you're a freelancer, entrepreneur, or creative professional, this space offers everything you need to thrive.
