His latest project is the model residence at the Harrison, a luxury condominium building in San Francisco’s SOMA district. Let’s take a closer look at this modern sanctuary tailored for the digital elite!
The luxury living room of the Harrison’s model unit is dominated by breathtaking views of the Bay Bridge. Fulk opted for a neutral color scheme to let the scenery shine and create a serene atmosphere.
In this contemporary living room, Fulk aimed to make the interior as captivating as the view outside. “The default would have been to focus on the view,†he explains. “Instead, I wanted the space itself to be equally impressive.â€
Fulk had a clear vision for this modern dining area. “I wanted to capture the spirit of an explorer and adventurer,†he says. A tiger-print wingback chair and vintage leather dining chairs hint at the club’s adventurous past.
The master bedroom exudes a rich, moody elegance with chocolate suede wallpaper, a high-end bed, elegant lamps, and a vintage orange-covered armchair.
Fulk is known for his bold use of metal finishes. In the galley kitchen, custom gray cabinets are paired with brass faucets and cabinet pulls, creating a stylish contrast with stainless-steel appliances.
The bathroom mirrors the kitchen’s design, with brass hardware complementing gray cabinets and marble countertops.
