On July 17, the police summoned Fan. Fan said that he took money from the deposits of the residents' group and bought furniture for his family. Through the work, Fan’s family raised more than 20,000 yuan of funds encroached by Fan, and returned to the group collective. At present, Fan was criminally detained by the police for alleged crime of embezzlement.
