Overview: The DP-2 Steering Parameter Tester is designed for evaluating the steering performance of various wheeled vehicles, including automobiles, tractors, and construction machinery. It is capable of measuring key static and dynamic parameters such as the free play of the steering wheel, in-situ steering force, steering torque, and cornering angles. The device supports networking capabilities, allowing it to integrate seamlessly into intelligent testing systems alongside a main control computer and other diagnostic tools.
The internal circuitry is based on a single-chip microcontroller combined with an A/D conversion integrated circuit, ensuring precise data processing. The high-brightness digital display provides clear and intuitive readings, making the results easy to interpret. The system is known for its accuracy, stability, and user-friendly design.
Equipped with a standard RS232 serial interface, the DP-2 facilitates smooth communication with the host computer. Test results can be displayed directly on the built-in screen or transmitted to the host for further analysis. During testing, the device automatically records the maximum torque and angle values, along with their corresponding corner and torque measurements. Users also have the option to save current test data in real-time. Even after power is turned off, the stored data remains intact until manually cleared using the "CLEAR" button. This makes the DP-2 a reliable and efficient tool for both on-site and laboratory use.

Once heated, they will produce toxicity. Besides the non-renewable resources, they cannot be naturally degraded.
