1. AG-1070A/B

The appearance of AG-1070A/B is light yellow or colorless and transparent, and the solid content is 70%±2%. The ratio of AG-1070A to AG-1070B=6:1.

Test conditions: 1 Adhesive: working concentration 25%, viscosity of 14.6s/25°C, sizing amount 2.1g/m2; 2 compound conditions: Japan Fuji composite machine, compound speed 100m/min, drying temperature 60°C, 70°C, 85°C, compound roll temperature 60°C; 8 curing conditions: aging temperature 40°C, aging time 24 hours.

Measure the peel strength of the composite film sample. The results are shown in Table 1.


2.AT-6070A/B

AT-6070A / B appearance was pale yellow or colorless, solid content of 70% ± 2%, the ratio of AT-6070A: AT-6070B = 6:1.

Test conditions: 1 Adhesive: working concentration 25%, viscosity 14.6s/25°C gluing amount 2.1g/m2; 2 compound conditions: Japan Fuji composite machine, compound speed 100m/min, drying temperature 60°C, 70°C, 85 °C, composite roll temperature 60 °C; 3 curing conditions: aging temperature 40 °C, aging time 24 hours.

3. AV-8070A/B

The appearance of AV-8070A/B is light yellow or colorless and transparent, and the solid content is 7D%±2%. The ratio is AV-8070A: AV-2070B=16:1

Test conditions: 1 Adhesive: Working concentration 25%, viscosity 15.4s/25°C, glue amount 1.9g/m2: 2 Compound conditions: Japanese Fuji composite machine, compound speed 100m/min, drying temperature 60°C, 70°C, 85 °C, composite roll temperature 60 °C; 2 curing conditions: aging temperature 40 °C, aging time 24 hours.
