Corrugating roller surface temperature control

When the corrugated base paper is pressed and formed between two corrugating rolls, the surface of the two corrugating rolls must have a relatively constant temperature, which will play a certain role in shaping the corrugated base paper after pressurization and improving the production speed of the single-sided press. If the temperature of the corrugating roller surface fluctuates greatly, at a certain production speed, the cardboard type will not be regular and the stencil height will be inconsistent, failing to meet the standard requirements. The surface temperature of the corrugating roll should be controlled within the temperature range corresponding to the saturation vapor pressure of 1.0-1.4 Mpa/S. High-speed single-sided machines with a speed of 200m/min or more generally use positive pressure. The air leakage in the positive pressure chamber is small, the heat loss is small, and the surface temperature of the corrugating roller is very stable, which is conducive to high-speed operation.
