Determination of water quality sulfate

1 Subject content and scope of application 1.1 This standard specifies the flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry for indirect determination of soluble sulfate in water. 1.2 This standard applies to the determination of soluble sulfate in surface water, groundwater and drinking water. 1.3 The minimum detectable concentration of this standard is 0.4mg/L, and the upper limit of measurement is 30mg/L when the sample volume is 10mL. When the sampling is 1 mL, it is 300 mg/L. The water sample is diluted appropriately and the measurement range can be expanded. 1.4 Pb2+ and PO43- are generated by the measurement, but Pb2+ or PO43- below 10?g is allowed to exist.
