The glass reactor is a versatile piece of equipment widely used in modern chemical and biochemical experiments. It features a double-layered glass structure, allowing reaction materials to be placed in the middle interlayer—often referred to as the reaction solvent. This setup enables stirring under normal or reduced pressure, while the medium in the interlayer, such as chilled liquid, heated water, or thermal oil, circulates to provide effective heating or cooling.
