Plastimac develops a new all-electric blow molding machine


The new all-electric blow molding machine developed by Plastimac incorporates a number of advanced technologies.

Plastimac also recently introduced two new all-electric blow molding machine series. The device integrates the advanced technologies of the blow molding industry. The PB1E/S model can produce bottles with a capacity of 1 liter, where the cap slides laterally on a linear guide. The blow molding machine is equipped with a 50 mm extruder and a double head with a 120 mm core distance. The machine is equipped with a variety of accessories, making it suitable for high-speed production of high-quality bottles. At the same time, the machine is also equipped with an on-line inspection system that can eject defective bottles and classify them based on the types of defects found.

PB5E/DL is used as an all-electric blow molding machine and its die unit is horizontally moved to produce containers with a capacity of 5 liters. The machine is particularly suitable for multi-cavity production, can increase mechanical reliability, minimize friction, reduce maintenance costs and energy consumption, thereby minimizing operating costs. In fact, the PB5E/DL model is one of the five-liter blow molding machines with the lowest energy consumption in the market today. The machine mold is easy to operate and overhaul, easy to adjust, so it can achieve rapid production switching. The model exhibited has an extended mold unit stroke, equipped with an 80 mm extruder and a triple head, capable of producing HDPE/PP bottles with a capacity of 1 liter at approximately 2,300 units per hour. The head ensures strict extrusion control, and through optimization, color change can be performed quickly. Defective products are sent to the Granulator and the final recycled material is mixed with the pure material and the masterbatch and returned to the production cycle.
