**Storage Conditions:**
All reagents should be stored at 2–8°C, except for Chromogen B solution, which should be stored at -20°C to maintain stability and activity.
**Standard:**
One standard vial containing 2700 ng/L of FVIII-Ag in 0.5 ml volume. This standard is used to generate a standard curve for accurate quantification of unknown samples.
**Usage Instructions:**
This ELISA kit is intended for research use only. To determine the concentration of FVIII-Ag in your sample:
1. Prepare a series of dilutions of the standard solution.
2. Add the standards and samples to the appropriate wells.
3. Incubate, wash, and add the detection reagents as described in the protocol.
4. Measure the absorbance at 450 nm using a microplate reader.
5. Plot the standard curve with the standard concentrations on the x-axis and the corresponding OD values on the y-axis.
