Reinforced mesh composite layer packaging developed successfully

A patented new type of packaging, the folder of reinforced mesh composite layer, was successfully developed by the Pingyang County Science and Technology Development Company in Zhejiang Province.

According to reports, the packaging box draws on the principle of the RMB anti-counterfeiting metal wire and uses a unique technology to sandwich a layer of linear ribs in the cardboard of the carton (box). From the appearance, the cartons (boxes) produced using this technology have clear mesh meridians; the sense of concave-convex function is clear by hand, which not only has obvious anti-counterfeiting features, but also increases the strength, reduces the use of raw materials, and makes the packaging lighter. Beautiful and practical, it is very suitable for packaging of tobacco and alcohol beverages. In particular, it is worth mentioning that manufacturers of cartons (boxes) do not need to add new equipment to produce this kind of products with sandwich nets, and the cost of the products is only increased by about 5%.
