Sanjiang Machinery successfully developed a new small six shuttle mesh machine

Recently, a new type of vegetable and fruit packaging bag production equipment, the YWZ-6.552 Xiaoliu Shuttle Mesh Machine, was successfully developed at China Aviation Industry Corporation No.2 Group Sanjiang Machinery Factory.

The whole machine and the technology of using the threading equipment to swing and realize the crossing of the latitude and longitude have applied for patents from the country.

Sanjiang Factory is a high-tech industrial enterprise. The YWZ-6.552 small six-barrel mesh machine developed this time has a fabric width of 400-750mm, a number of 480 shuttles per minute, a maximum of 552 warp yarns, and a weft density of 6-20 yarns per 10cm. The maximum diameter of weft spindles is 90mm and the length is 200mm. The maximum diameter of warp spindles is 110mm and the length is 200mm. The maximum reel diameter is 1200mm.

Because the aircraft has been innovative in the design process, it has the following characteristics: the use of threading equipment to achieve the intersection of warp and weft cross-over, and the threading bracket with double support plate type, the pulley is not easy to swing when the rotation, good stability. The main machine adopts an open structure with an outward convex cam turntable, which does not require lubrication and is easy to maintain. The guide rails use continuous dovetail guides and are not easy to turn off. The clearance of the shuttle in the guide rail is easy to adjust. The pusher adopts a closed primary drive and is not easily contaminated by dust. In the process of use of the whole machine, there are few wearing parts and the spare parts cost is low.
