Standard operating procedures: 1. Turn on the main power switch on the right, and power on the whole machine 2. Press the temperature function key, then press the parameter modification / confirmation key, then press the increase key to "3", and then press the temperature function key In the setting state, the temperature setting value is displayed, and SV flashes at the same time. Press the increase key or decrease key to change the temperature to the desired value. Finally, press the parameter modification / confirmation key to confirm. 3. Press the speed function key, then press the parameter modification / confirmation key, then press to increase to "3", and then press the speed function key, the instrument enters the speed parameter setting state, displays the speed setting value, and SV flashes, press Increase the key or decrease the key to change the speed to the required value, and finally press the parameter modification / confirmation key to confirm. 4. After completing the above settings, press the start / pause key, and the instrument will start running according to the set program. 5. If it is necessary to temporarily suspend the instrument during the operation of the instrument, observe the experimental results, press the start pause button, the shaker will stop oscillating, and then press the start / pause button, the instrument will start shaking again. 6. After the experiment is completed, press and hold the power button on the control panel for 2 seconds to shut down the instrument, turn off the power switch on the right side of the instrument, and shut down the machine. 7. Check and clean the instrument and fill in the instrument usage record.

Note: 1. When the deviation between the measured temperature of the instrument and the set temperature is greater than ± 3 ℃, the instrument will automatically alarm, press the temperature function key to eliminate the alarm for 30 minutes, and check the cause of the alarm. 2. When there is abnormal sound when the instrument is in use, check whether the instrument is uneven or the shaft is faulty. 3. When the shake bottle is damaged during the experiment, clean it in time to avoid the fermentation liquid corroding the shaker. 4. The shaker bottle should be placed symmetrically with the center of the shaker, not at random.
