The first domestic aseptic cold canned production line for PET bottles was researched in Huizhou

Recently, Lehui Huizhou Lehui Industrial Co., Ltd. and China Agricultural University School of Food Science and Nutritional Engineering jointly developed the first PET aseptic cold filling production line in China and passed the national-level new product technology appraisal. In line with the technical requirements and typical configuration modes of the international PET aseptic cold filling pass standard, it fills the gap in domestic production and the overall technology has reached the international advanced level. PET aseptic cold filling has already begun to be widely used in China. According to users' reports, the structure of the production line is reasonable in layout, practical and good, and the equipment failure rate is low. More important is the reliable aseptic performance, high degree of production automation, automatic control of the process, data report records and fault early warning tracing system, which can ensure that all key processes are effectively monitored. This production line is an upgraded product of the traditional PET hot-filling production line and has a broad market prospect.
