【Abstracts】 The manufacturing method of carbon fiber composite high-pressure gas cylinders relates to a method for manufacturing a high-pressure gas cylinder of filament wound composite materials. In view of the existing high-pressure gas cylinder manufacturing process, high-pressure gas cylinders have disadvantages of heavy weight, low strength, high cost, and poor airtightness. The method for manufacturing a high-pressure gas cylinder of carbon fiber composite material of the present invention includes manufacturing a metal inner liner (1). A carbon fiber composite material layer (2) and a curing process are wound on the outer surface of the metal inner liner (1), and the preparation process of the metal innerliner (1) comprises the following five steps in sequence: a. Spin-spinning head (1- 1); b. Recrystallization annealing treatment; c. Mechanical processing; d. End welding; e. Welding overall. With the method of the present invention, a high-pressure gas cylinder of carbon fiber composite material with light weight, good air tightness, high strength, and low cost can be manufactured.
