The paper conveyor should ensure that the paper is separated smoothly and accurately, transported to the positioning mechanism, and then input into the printing device. Due to the blind pursuit of output by some printing manufacturers, the equipment (conveyor) is poorly maintained, and the machine has been used for a long time, and the paper feeder often has unstable paper feeding failures. The following is an analysis of some related problems encountered in the author's work for your reference.
1. There is a fault in the universal shaft
Because some printing machine universal shaft yokes are exposed, paper powder and other fine particles are easy to stay between the universal shaft yoke and the connecting ball. For a long time, the two fork heads wear out and the cooperation gap increases. Vibration will occur, and jitter will appear on the paper feed, resulting in unstable paper feeding.
Solution: replace the worn universal shaft yoke and connecting ball. When replacing the universal joint yoke, pay attention to making the forks at both ends into a plane, otherwise a new vibration source will be generated.
Second, poor maintenance of the distributor valve brings hidden dangers
As paper powder and sand particles are often sucked into the suction valve by the suction nozzle, over time, the wear of the valve body and the valve housing is exacerbated. In addition, some operators improperly operate and damage the air groove of the valve body, making the paper feed nozzle work to At the extreme position, when the paper receiving wheel is depressed, the suction nozzle still has suction force, and the paper feeding process stops. This phenomenon has a great impact on the product's overprinting accuracy, which seriously disturbs the operator.
Solution: Remove the air distribution valve and observe the air groove of the valve body. If the wear is serious, the air groove can be washed and the tail of the air groove is filled with about 2-4mm (depending on the pause time and length) .
3. Gear wear and pin breakage
A pair of bevel gears on the side of the paper clutch, because the entire gear is exposed, the working environment is harsh, if the maintenance is not good, it is easy to make the tooth surface wear and increase, and the matching relationship between the bevel gear and the key inside becomes a gap fit, causing A series of unstable phenomena such as paper shake. Sometimes, due to the long-term lack of oil and rust of the gas valve or the failure of other components, the external force is too large to cause a pin to break, which causes the wrong timing of the cooperation between the host and the paper conveyor, which causes trouble for printing.
Solution: If the gear or square key is worn, replace it. If the pin breaks, the cause of the break should be clarified, and each pin should be carefully checked for heat, iron powder, etc., and it should be eliminated in time according to the actual situation. .
Of course, in addition to the above factors that cause the paper to be unstable, the brake pad compression spring is too loose, the paper wheel bearing is loose, and the separation head into the connecting rod support bolt wear can also cause the paper to be unstable.
