The topic of "Online Analysis Device Based on Advanced Measurement Technology such as Spectroscopy, Chromatography, and Soft Measurement" includes three sub-topics. The topic is responsible for the Lanzhou Petrochemical Company. The Department of Control of Zhejiang University and Central Control Software jointly undertake the research and development of the online spectral analyzer; Lanzhou Petrochemical The affiliated automation institute undertakes the research and development of the online chromatographic analyzer; the Institute of Automation Instrumentation of Northeastern University is responsible for the research and development of the continuous measurement instrument for molten steel temperature. Through the implementation of the project, the research group successfully developed near-infrared spectroscopy and chromatographic on-line analysis technology, and successfully developed oil quality online spectroscopy and chromatographic analysis instruments with rolling correction and automatic diagnosis. At the same time, for the production process of iron and steel smelting, a blackbody cavity type molten steel temperature continuous measurement instrument with high accuracy, high reliability and remote monitoring capability was developed. The acceptance expert group carefully reviewed the acceptance report and related materials, and at the same time combined with the technical difficulties, hot spots and practical application issues, and conducted extensive and in-depth exchanges with the team members. Finally, the expert group unanimously agreed that the subject passed the acceptance and put forward valuable opinions and suggestions to the project team.
