Reproduced PS version of the printing quality problems

In addition to the commonality between the quality issues of the regenerated PS version and the new PS version, it also has its own personality. In order to better promote the use of recycled PS version, combined with our years of production experience, talk about the quality of the reproduction PS version of the printing.

1. The printing plate is dirty

This phenomenon is often referred to as turning over, and is a common problem with regenerated PS versions. The causes are:

1. The rubbing process is not appropriate when using the PS version of the machine. â‘ Electro-rubbing; â‘¡Leak-rubbing glue; â‘¢Glue is too thin to protect. Solution: PS version should be cleaned with gasoline and turpentine in time when getting off the machine, and the glue should be wiped off.

2. The ink and photosensitive film are not cleaned, and the latent image is serious. Before reprocessing the PS version, be sure to remove the residual ink and film, and use a magnifying glass more than 10 times to check it carefully.

3. The base is polluted, and the foundation is not good enough to cause dirt. Pay attention to keeping the plate clean, and thoroughly remove pollution during regeneration.

4. The coating of photosensitive glue is uneven, the thickness is inconsistent, and it cannot be fully decomposed during exposure. There is residual photosensitive glue film in the non-graphic parts, and the stars are dirty when printing. Solution: The speed of the photosensitive liquid should be even when coating, and the thickness of the film should not be uniformly inconsistent.

5. Insufficient exposure of the printing plate or incomplete development, the photosensitive film cannot be fully decomposed, resulting in a large area of ​​dirty paste. Solution: Increase the exposure time or development time to promote the full decomposition of the photosensitive film at the exposed area and remove it completely.

6. The sun-dried version will not be stained with glue or there will be dirt on it.

7. Improper ink pick-up after printing will cause paste. Treatment method: Wash the ink with turpentine oil, clean it with the cleaning solution, and re-ink the ink. When the ink is lifted, the layout should retain enough moisture to prevent it from being pasted again.

Second, the printed version of the text is not in ink

1. Overexposure: Reduce the exposure time.

2. Over-development: Reduce the developer concentration or reduce the development time.

3. The dried version does not contain ink, the storage time is too long, the light leakage is serious, the film degeneration is poor in ink absorption, and the printing plate should be stored in a dark place.

4. The protective glue becomes acid and deteriorates, the rubbing is uneven, and the glue path will cause the picture and text to not be inked.

3. The picture and text are too shallow

1. Overexposure: reduce exposure time

2. Excessive development: Reduce the development time or reduce the developer concentration.

3. During printing, the vacuum is not enough, and the film and the substrate are in contact with each other. Under the effect of light scattering, the small dots are dull and burned. Solution: To ensure that the vacuum of the air pump is above 0.08MPa, if the performance of the air pump is not good, it should be repaired in time.

4. The dot density of the original plate is not good, and the dot becomes smaller after exposure and development to make the printing plate lighter. One of the solutions is to eliminate the film with unqualified density. The second is to reduce the exposure time and development time and expose the plate to deep exposure.

5. Printing pressure and liner are not suitable: increase pressure or liner appropriately.

Fourth, the picture is too deep

The reason why the graphic is too deep is often the opposite of the reason that the graphic is too shallow, and the solution is also the opposite.

1. Underexposure: Increase the exposure time.

2. Insufficient development: â‘  The development time is too short; â‘¡ The concentration of the developer is low; â‘¢ The temperature of the developer is low; â‘£ The developer is fatigued. It can be solved according to the specific situation.

3. The film has high haze and poor light transmittance, resulting in a deep printing plate. Treatment method: Increase the exposure without affecting the dots or use a diffuser to make the plate relatively lighter.

4. Inappropriate printing pressure and liner: properly reduce the pressure or reduce the liner.

5. Low printing resistance

Print durability is the main quality index of the PS version, and of course the main quality index of the regenerated PS version. The domestic PS version's printing resistance is generally around 100,000 prints. The durability of the regenerated PS version is generally around 30,000 ~ 50,000. Due to the different regeneration process methods, the PS durability of the regenerated PS plate varies greatly. The PS version regenerated by electrolytic method is equivalent to re-manufacturing the PS version. If it is picked well, it can be close to the new PS version. In actual production, the long-term PS durability is often not satisfactory, and the factors that affect its durability are:

1. Overexposure or overdevelopment will cause unexposed photos and text to be eroded. Yinghuang Jiamu Nai? Shaoyuan Turbulent Translucent? Scallion Yu? Maid? Retaining Soil? S version of printing resistance. Solution: Determine the best exposure time and development time.

2. When the PS plate is regenerated, after phosphoric acid treatment, there are still residual acids floating on the surface of the plate. If the water is not cleaned, the drug film at the bottom of the film will turn yellow, resulting in a plate loss.

3. The base is corroded by acid and alkali, and oxidized into a layer of white fine particles (alumina layer), which makes the coated photosensitive film not firmly attached, resulting in a plate loss.

4. The surface of the plate is not clean before applying the photoresist, and the traces of the acid flowing down when the plate is hung to dry, it is also easy to cause the plate to fall.

5. When coating photosensitive resin, the temperature is too low, and the film is too thin, which affects the durability.

6. After printing or printing, the PS plate is irradiated with strong light, which causes the photosensitive film to decompose and change color, directly reducing the printing resistance.

7. When printing, the pressure and pad are not suitable. The pressure of the water roller and ink roller is too large, which increases the friction of the printing plate, makes the plate light and bright, and will soon fall off.

8. The printing machine has a bar, the printing plate grit is worn out, and the version at the bar is the fastest.

In summary, there are many factors that cause quality problems in the regenerated PS version. There are quality problems in the regenerated version, but most of them are still problems in printing and printing, and most of the problems can be prevented and solved. As long as careful operation and continuous exploration, using the regenerated PS version will be very handy.
