1. Place the centrifuge on a flat table or table, visually balance it, shake the centrifuge lightly by hand, and check whether the centrifuge is balanced. Open the door cover and add filter paper or cloth to the rotor.
2. Close the door cover, make sure to lock the door cover, and check whether the door cover is closed tightly by hand after finishing.
3. The hole on the door cover is inserted into the liquid inlet hose. The hose on the right side of the centrifuge is the liquid outlet, and no liquid can be introduced before the centrifuge runs.
4. Plug in the power socket and press the power switch (the power switch is on the back of the centrifuge, above the power base).
5. Set the speed and time:
(1) Set the speed: press the "SPEED" key, when the decimal point in the lower right corner of the last digital tube of the speed lights up, it enters the speed setting state, and then press the "â–²" or "â–¼" key to determine the speed of the centrifuge's current work (The maximum speed is 4000r / min).
(2) Set the time: Press the "TIME" key, when the decimal point in the lower right corner of the last digital tube of the time lights up, enter the time setting state, and then press the "â–²" or "â–¼" key to determine the centrifuge's working time this time (The longest time is 99 minutes), the time is a countdown.
(3) After the above two steps are completed, press the "ENTER" key again to confirm the speed and time set above, and then press the "START" key to start the centrifuge.
6. When the display shows that the rotation speed reaches the desired rotation speed after starting the centrifuge, start adding liquid for separation. The liquid supply must be stopped before the centrifuge stops.
7. When the centrifuge is stopped (automatically stopped or manually stopped when the time reaches zero), when the speed is zero, the stop light is on, otherwise the running light is on to remind the user of the centrifuge's operating status. When the rotor stops, open the door cover and take out the filter paper or filter cloth.
8. Turn off the power switch, and the centrifuge is powered off.
