(3) Set the temperature: Press the "SET" key, when the decimal point in the lower right corner of the last digital tube showing the temperature lights up, enter the temperature setting, and then press "â–²" or "â–¼" to determine the working temperature of the centrifuge.
(4) Set the time: Press the "SET" key, when the decimal point in the lower right corner of the last nixie tube lights up, enter the time setting, and then press the "â–²" or "â–¼" key to determine the centrifuge's working time ( The longest time is 99 minutes), the time is countdown.
(5) When the above four steps are completed, press the "ENTER" button again to confirm the rotor, speed, temperature, and time set above, and then press the "START" button to start the centrifuge. The centrifuge starts to run, and the rotor number, speed, temperature in the centrifuge chamber and remaining centrifugation time are displayed on the panel.
5. When the time of the centrifuge counts down to "0", the motor is powered off and the brake starts after 5 seconds. The centrifuge will automatically stop. When the speed is equal to 0 r / min, the buzzer will sound 15 times and press "RCF" Press to cancel the beep; press the "STOP" key during operation, the centrifuge stops running and the buzzer sounds.
6. During operation, if you want to see the centrifugal force, press the "RCF" key (RCF light is on), the centrifugal force at the current speed will be displayed, and it will automatically return to the running state after 4 seconds.
7. During the centrifugal operation, if you need to check the originally set parameters, press the SET button, the instrument displays the originally set parameters; after 4 seconds (without keyboard response), the instrument will automatically return to the running state.
8. During the operation of the centrifuge, if you need to modify the operating parameters, press the SET button to the decimal point to the position of the parameter to be modified, then press the up key or down key to select the parameter to be modified, and press the approval key to confirm the modified parameter .
9. When the rotor stops, open the door and take out the centrifuge tube.
10. Turn off the power switch, and the centrifuge is powered off.
