A look at the test floor with or without wear-resistant layer: use sandpaper to rub on the front of the floor for more than a dozen times. If it is a fake laminate floor, it will be whitened, and the real laminate will not change.
Second, look at the material quality: At present, the substrates selected for the laminate flooring are mostly medium- and high-density fiberboard or particleboard. It is necessary to observe whether it is firmly pressed, not deformed, does not rise, does not warp, and does not penetrate.
Third, look at the floor surface: carefully touch the surface of the wooden floor by hand, whether there is a feeling of unevenness, a good laminate flooring should have a smooth surface. The surface wood grain texture should be clear and realistic, the thickness of the board should be equal, the four corners of the floor should not be damaged, cracked or notched, and should be intact; the surface should not have obvious mechanical scratches; the surface decoration layer and the substrate density fiberboard should be glued together. The quality is good, there can be no peeling, lifting, and degumming.
Four to see the thickness: the international standard thickness is 8 mm, below which the thickness is not strong.
Five look at the surface wear resistance: This is an important indicator to measure the quality of composite flooring. Objectively speaking, the higher the wear resistance number, the longer the floor should be used, but the wear resistance value is not the only standard to measure the age of the floor. The initial wear resistance value of the household floor surface should be above 6000 rpm.
Six look at the amount of formaldehyde released: At present, the domestic standard for formaldehyde emission is not more than 30 mg per 100 g. The emission of formaldehyde in green building materials stipulated by the international environmental protection organization is not more than 9 mg per 100 g. Consumers should try to strengthen the floor as much as possible. Pick products below this standard. When consumers choose to strengthen the floor, they can also smell it with their noses, even with a slight pungent odor, indicating a higher formaldehyde content.
Seven look at the moisture-proof measures: whether there is a special moisture-proof floor mat, whether there is a thick moisture-proof layer on the floor, whether the glue is a special floor waterproof glue. With these three measures, the tide is difficult to invade.
Eight look at the packaging: If it is imported goods, according to the relevant regulations, there should be a Chinese logo and customs inspection certificate, otherwise the road is suspicious, should not be credulous.
