1. Thin foils should be chosen to suit textile printing. The printing (coating) of hot stamping glue should be uniform, the attachment should be smooth, and the pre-baking and hot-pressing or hot-rolling should be controlled at a suitable temperature and time range to ensure the quality of the finished product.
2. The control of the pre-bake temperature at the bronzing glue type on the printed fabric is very important, preferably at 70 to 100°C (depending on the adhesive properties). If it is at 120 to 130°C, the time is preferably 1 minute. Otherwise, its fitting and transfer effect will be affected when the pattern is transferred.
3. Transfer of metal foil generally uses the following two devices.
(1) Hot press using flat printing machine, suitable for small batch and batch production.
(2) Heat treatment with a cylinder-type transfer roller is suitable for continuous production.
