The use standard of drop test machine
1. After each test is completed, the drop arm needs to be dropped to prevent the long-reset drop arm from pulling the spring and deforming it, which affects the test effect. Each time you drop the money, please reset the position and stop the motor before pressing the drop button.
2. After the new machine is installed at the factory, it is necessary to add low-concentration engine oil to the sliding round bar. It is strictly prohibited to add anti-rust oil or high-concentration engine oil and corrosive oil with backlog.
3. If there is too much dust in the oiling place for a long time, please lower the machine to the bottom, wipe the previous engine oil and re-oil.
4. The drop machine is an impact mechanical device. When the new machine is used more than 500 times, it is necessary to tighten a screw to avoid failure.
5. The lifting shaft and chain of the testing machine need to be lubricated regularly.
6. The gear reducer changes oil transmission every six months.
7. Please test at a room with low humidity (no condensation below 80%) and a place with little dust and dust.
8. In order to prevent the machine from losing control during the operation and cause accidents and electric shock, please be sure to turn off the power before performing the operation. Keep the lifting shaft clean.
9. Non-operating personnel shall not operate the machine arbitrarily.
