Design is the main factor determining the transport characteristics of a dual-effect display stand. The transport characteristics are the basic characteristics of the dual-effect display stand. It not only requires the display frame to protect the product well during transportation, but also ensures that it will not be damaged by the impact during transportation. Only in this way can the double-effect corrugated cardboard display stand be able to display better display characteristics in places such as stores.
Below, take the design of the double-effect display stand of the claw hammer as an example to tell the structural design points of the double-effect display stand.
The appearance of the claw hammer and the fixed constraints required by the customer are shown in Figure 1. In response to the design requirements of the product display stand, the following aspects should be carefully analyzed.
1. Analysis of product physical characteristics
The weight of a single claw hammer is 0.75 kg, and its outer dimensions are 334 mm × 135 mm × 26 mm (measured according to the external view of Fig. 1). Because the center of gravity of the claw hammer is biased toward the top side of the hammer, and the "shofar" part is sharper, it is easy to poke the outer packaging. Therefore, in the design process, the placement of the claw hammer in the package should be reasonably analyzed to balance the whole package. The center of gravity.
2. Display frame structure design requirements
First of all, considering that the "shofar" part of the front end of the claw hammer is sharp, it is recommended to place the display frame upwards when it is designed. The desired effect of the claw hammer is shown in Figure 2. Secondly, the center of gravity of the entire display stand can be balanced by placing the claw hammers in a staggered manner. Finally, the hammer handle is pressed and fixed to prevent it from jumping up and down in the display frame.
3. Display frame size design analysis
The customer pre-sets the size and weight of the display stand in the store: the height is 1016mm (excluding the display price card), the width is 382mm, and the length ranges from 305 to 610mm. If the display frame hair is larger than 31.75kg, it must be placed in the tray, otherwise the tray may not be used.
4. Product loading and cost analysis
Product load is determined by balancing packaging costs (packaging cost = package implementation cost / number of products). Firstly, the size and weight constraints of the display frame given by the customer are analyzed, and then the size and weight of the claw hammer are comprehensively considered. Finally, a product loading scheme with the lowest cost is obtained. The number of packing boxes of the display rack is designed to be 30, divided into 3 layers.
