Factors affecting the quality of steel drum assembly - the speed of the assembly machine of the crimping machine

The assembly of the steel drum is a key process that determines the quality of the product. We have improved the speed of the original vertical crimping machine assembly plate and received obvious quality results.
The principles it follows are:
1. For example, if the working speed of the spinning wheel is the same as the thickness of the steel plate, when assembling a barrel with a small barrel diameter, the workpiece rotation speed is required; when the barrel diameter is large, the workpiece rotation speed is small.
2. For example, if the spinning wheel has the same working speed, the barrel diameter is the same, and the workpiece rotation speed is fast when the iron plate is thick; the rotation speed is slow when the iron plate is thin.
3. When assembled under the same conditions, the thicker the workpiece sheet, the slower the working speed of the spinning wheel.
If 200L steel drum is produced by cold-rolled sheet, its plate thickness is 1.25mm. The assembly disk speed of our factory is 193 rpm, the working time of each rotary roller is 15 seconds, and the linear speed around the steel drum is 339m/min. It is suitable. Based on this speed, as long as the 1.25mm thick thin plate is used for the barrel, regardless of the outer diameter of the barrel, the rotational speed of the assembled disc is changed, the advance speed of the spinning wheel is 40 mm/min, and the barrel edge speed should be 339 m/min. If the 1.2L thick steel plate is used as the 200L barrel, the speed of the assembly plate can be correspondingly lower, and the line speed of the barrel side can be controlled at 300m/min.
If the steel plate is thicker than 0.5 mm, the assembly upper base is greatly changed. Because the thickness of the iron plate is reduced, the strength of the bead is greatly weaker than that of the thick plate. Take the 54kg steel drum of our factory as an example: its outer diameter is φ380 mm and the material thickness is 0.5mm. When assembling, the assembly disk rotates at 125 rpm. At this speed, the same material thickness is 20kg, and the outer diameter is assembled. For the φ280mm steel drum, the assembly plate rotates at 164 rpm, and so on.
