Robopack packer family adds two new members

Robopack-2010: Cartoner with two independent systems

Robopack-2010 packing machine packing speed is very fast, can fill 20 to 25 cartons per minute. In addition, Robopack-2010 is a flexible, multi-functional packing system that can simultaneously pack two different products into two different sizes of cartons. This is because Robopack-2010 has installed two independently-operated patented robot arms, two stand-alone operation headers, and two stand-alone operation proofers in a stand-alone boxing system, and they have two independent programmable controls. System (PLC) control. The PLC is controlled and monitored by multiple sensors. It also includes a counter for the number of sealed boxes. On both sides of the package head there is also a package low alarm system. Once the broken box is detected, the system will automatically alarm. The two PLC systems are connected to each other in an original way, enabling the Robopack-2010 case packer to be manufactured as a single unit and as two completely independent operating systems.

It is also because of this that the channel distributor on the Robopack-2010 packing system diverts the single-row products carried on the conveying channel into two directions, which are then loaded into different cartons. The erection function on the system can open up a variety of structural cartons. After the carton is stretched, the machine folds the bottom cover into a safe base to prevent the product from leaking from the unfolded part of the carton when the product is packaged (especially small items).

Robopack-1500: Perfect Automatic Tray/Box Packer

When it comes to the Robopack-1500 automatic pallet/cartoner, many words can be used to describe it, "miniaturized body", "strong and durable structure", "modular design", and "customizable machine according to customers' different needs" "The most valuable packing machine in the industry" and so on.

Based on the user's existing tray forming machine or erection machine, Robopack 1500 can perfectly complete the tray packaging, unloading and packing operations. A typical operation is to send a pre-propped carton or tray to a Robopack-1500 conveyor belt that automatically guides the cartons or trays into the machine. As the product to be packaged is delivered to the Robopack-1500, the channel distributor divides the product on the single channel into two or three channels in different packaging formats. After the product enters the loading position, the patented robotic arm picks up the product and loads it into a tray or carton. The conveyor belt then automatically transports the loaded tray or carton out of the machine.
