Procter & Gamble Launches Stand-Up Bag

Procter & Gamble recently introduced a stand-up pouch for Ariel liquid cleaners to create a structural unity with a simple convex design that solves the problem of overturning bulky soft pouches. Prior to this design innovation, the packaging bag manufacturer's solution to the problem was simply to increase the thickness of the film layer, and this method greatly increased the cost. The new packaging design shrinks the bottom two corners so that the bottom contact area increases and the corresponding bag height decreases. In addition, the package also uses a semi-closed technology similar to the protruding treatment technology, which increases the stability of the bag when it is tipped over.
