Modern lacquerware has traditional hand-made wooden lacquerware, and there are modern plastic mass-produced plastic products. The history of the former is rather old. It has been repeated several times in the mold from scratching the base to painting, and has become an expensive handicraft; the latter is more practical commercial specialty products. The decorative techniques of lacquerware products are also constantly developing and tend to be diversified. The following focuses on the screen printing technology of lacquerware.

First, screen printing and lacquer lacquer lacquer technology Lacquer lacquer technology is to spray paint and lacquer on wood and plastic substrates first, and then draw a pattern on the surface with lacquer, and then apply gold and silver powder before the paint is dried and hardened. In the above-mentioned slush process, when printing with a screen, there are two types, manual and automatic, and the manual mode is generally used. The first step of the slush is to make the design pattern into the printing plate. In the screen printing, this process belongs to the plate making, so it is omitted. Third, the use of paint lacquer paint and ink compared to the ink, the drying conditions are also very different, the paint drying is oxidative drying, and a long time, Table 4-10 is the composition of the paint table.
The paint itself cannot be used as an ink. The viscosity of the paint is low, air bubbles are easily mixed in, and the printing surface is blistering, failing to meet precise printing requirements. Therefore, to make the paint reach a good ink state, it needs to be modulated. Compared with other coatings, the drying conditions of the paint are completely different, so it is necessary to control the temperature and humidity.
Paint and mud painting materials were adjusted in different proportions. The viscosity changes are shown in Table 4-11.
